Every animal and caption is drawn by hand using oil pastels and ink. I then add a bold, colourful background in Photoshop before the finished design is printed onto our British-made coasters.

Sustainability
Our coasters are made in Britain using an FSC-certified eucalyptus hardboard core. We work with Orchard Melamine, a British manufacturer that takes steps to reduce energy use and material waste, reuses production offcuts in its packaging and recycles all remaining manufacturing waste.

We ship to UK locations via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.
Shipping and packaging are charged at £5.95 unless otherwise stated.
We aim to process and deliver products within 5–7 business days of the order being placed.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thelaughinglark.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will then send details of how to return goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
